Cruising companion needed

An owner of large classic sailboat is looking for the cruising companion to travel Caribbean this winter and Mediterranean next spring. I would prefer a couple with some sailing experience but I would also consider any other offers. The boat is currently in Georgia ready to go. The crew would have to pay their expenses and contribute to the food cost.

You would think sailing (or galley) skills would trump the swimsuit pictures.

Well, unless he is willing to share his fiance or bring her friend along. Otherwise it will be a torture in a close quarter of a sailboat.

Re: Cruising companion needed

hi Tristan
more information on the boat and skipper would attract more responses , like how big the boat is , type of hull , safety gear , experience of skipper , likes and dislikes , type of crew you are looking for . the trip sounds like it may be wonderful ,but its hard to tell . maybe if you start another thread giving more information up front you will have better replies .
this is friendly advice only , so I hope you do not take offence

cheers

jimmy
