Crew Wanted: Crew wanted for weekend sailing in Potomac

I am planning a trip to Scotland via the N. Atlantic starting June 1, 2013. I would like to take three crew for the trip and want to meet and sail with them a few times before going off shore. My boat is a Columbia 41 on the Potomac River in WDC. Please respond with a PM if you are interested. Age or gender is not important. Some understing of sailing will be useful. The idea is first to make sure of the personalities and for you to learn something about how my boat works. I will provide more details about the trip waypoints when we talk.
