I am 62 years old and don't have much experience. I am currently in Orlando but can relocate to just about anywhere but prefer Florida, Georgia, South Carolina.

I would like to go sailing with anyone who has experience. I will work hard and don't mind if it is just a day trip or long distance. I am free! just need a place to bed down and don't mind if that is on deck somewhere.

I prefer a boat of 40' or greater and preferably a cutter but any will do.

I am looking for sailing experience so if you just motor I am not the man for you.

Wow sounds exciting but I am not up to that kind of journey but thanks for the offer. At the present I am thinking more like day sails, or taking a boat shorter distances up the coast (maybe to escape the hurricane season). I would really like day sailing with someone who really knows their stuff. I could possibly help polish the boat in turn.

Hi Gerd, my name is Sam. is the position still open?
I am a 60 yo male in decent shape and good health in Ft. Lauderdale i have spent many years on small power boats going to and thru the Bahamas and also have taken some crewed sail charters thru the Virgin islands. I am a retired general contractor and kids are grown i am considering purchasing a cruiser in the future i would love to learn and get some experience.

what kind of vessel are you taking accross?

Wife and I are in Key West, Fl.. Wife decided to fly. 36' Islander, sloop. Heading for Isla Mujeres first leg then on to the Rio Dulce, Guatamala. 2 to three weeks. Leaving as soon as weather window allows.
