why post a pic---these guys deserve whatever is you and however you look...they not looking for your face......a good surprise is what sorts the seek----when you are first seen, the look on his face will be one for books..or being booked.....

why not post a head shot?? im more clever than i am stupid sir. i wonder why it is customary to not post it, especially when it concerns taking on crew or offering as crew. What have you guys got to hide but an oddly shaped head?
