Crew Available: Canaries and Atlantic Crossing

I am a 23 year old female from New Orleans, USA. I am in Gibraltar right now looking to crew to the canaries and onwards to the caribbean. I also dont mind finding another boat in the canaries if you only have room for this first leg of the journey.

I have been crewing in the Med for the past two months from Italy to Gibraltar doing everything from cooking to night shifts and i also have experience crewing on a tall ship in the Baltic and North seas and i have a little experience in racing back home. So I know the basics but am still learning all the time.

have been travelling for a while and am easy going and can get along with most people. I have no dietary restrictions and can eat anything. I'm a non smoker but also dont mind being around smokers. Im trying to work my way back home to the United States and would like to make as much of the way as i can sailing rather than flying.

Ask someone in Las Palmas to hang up your offer at Sailor's Bar and places in Puerto Deportivo. As soon as ARC kicks in you will have a chance of finding a spot.

You can also visit Las Palmas in due time and try luck by walking the docks.

Gibraltar a good place to do the hunting until mid-Oct.
