just my two cents.

sell the roberts steel cutter. difficult or impossible to charter. big drain on your capital.

take command of the catamaran and work your own business plan. anyone who offers to run it for you for a year or two will probably return it to you in shoddy condition from lack of maintenance, if they don't destroy it first. and probably won't maintain it's insurance policy either.

avoid partnerships. one of my old business professors always said -
"the worst kind of ship is a partnership".
