Crew Available: Bermuda based experienced crew

I'm looking for crew positions on the US east coast heading to the Carib or from the islands back up.
40 years sailing experience, good cook, non-smoking, non-drinking (at sea), can fix pretty much anything including a stopped up head in heavy seas.
Not looking for pay but would like majority of expenses covered. Can offer free crew accommodation, laundry & transportation while in Bermuda. I'm self-employed and married to a very understanding woman. She understands I like sailing (and she enjoys it herself). ;-)
