Looking to go across the Atlantic( west to east) early Oct...Ive flown it many times ..I want to try it on a sailboat! I have a 26 foot sailboat in Toronto, no ocean experience though ..I can pay my way if needed..

Look to the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers web site. The return to Europe in the Spring - a better tme to go West to East. You may be able to get a crew position.

Or better yet... fly down to St Martin in March...
shack up in the 'Crew Quarters' on Dutch Side.... basic but cheap...
and enjoy Race Week while your putting your face about and posts in all the Marinas... folk prefer a face to face usually when taking on crew...
You'll have a great time.... regardless of whether you land a crew place or not...
