Crew Available: Anybody need me?

HI I am going nuts sitting here at home in Cape Town and not sailing is there anybody needing a crew man with 12000 Sea Miles a Transatlantic on a 40 ft Cat and a Panama to Los Angeles Baja bash on a Swan 44 .I am a keen diver and fisherman and a fit 66 years old.In possession of valid UK and SAfrican passports.
