Another Seattle to San Francisco- Sept.1+

I plan to leave the first week of Sept. and would like to have 1 or 2 crew along. The boat's about ready for a shakedown cruise and will be finishing up some minor details, then off we go.

I would prefer someone with some off-shore or at least overnight experience. If seriously interested and for more details post here or PM me.

Thanks,
Del

I'm surprised I haven't had any responses yet. I guess I should mention that I'm paying for the food and the flight home from SF.

Everything on this boat is new except the hull, of course. It's not an old beater, clean and no smells. A bit cramped for a 40'r but it's loaded.

if my fanny was in seattle this Sept instead of next, I'd be all over this chance of a lifetime.

Hi del,

I am an avid racer with some cruising experience and would love to lend a hand on your trip! I have VHF/Boater's licence and coastal nav with experience cruising BVI, North Channel and Bahamas. I used to coach a race team out of Hamilton.

Hope the offer is still on the table. Please give me a call 289-442-0365 or email mostapiak@gmail.com

Hi Mark,
Offer still stands. It's a bit late to call so I'll email for now.
Thanks,
Del

Re: Another Seattle to San Francisco- Sept.1+

Hello! I'm interested in the trip!
I have previously crewed a sail boat going from the
Key west up to rockland, Maine and have a little 27 foot
Sloop in Emeryville.
I am now in Alaska and plan to travel back
beginning of sept. I can provide my own transportation
To Seattle as I was planning to do this any how
I am a great cook and easy to get along with and know
A thing or two about sailing and being on the open ocean.
The catch is I have to be back in the Bay Area by the 15th.
Of course things happen and know that with weather and
boats there are no guarantees. Lets chat by phone?
I may not be in service this evening but should be tomorrow.
You can also text me a time to talk and I can try to make this
work, reception is just spotty at the cabin where I'm staying.

Hi Del,
just wanted to see if you might need one more for your crew... 30 year old professional, Registered Nurse (can help out with any medical needs aboard), hard worker and great company. Love travel and the open water, not the most sailing experience, but I make up for in willingness to work hard and learn everything I can! Would love to help out on your trip, send me an email- ebwalburger@yahoo.com
Thanks!
Emily

Yeah! I have one crew member and would like another for safety sake. I'll send an email.

Del,
If you still need a crew I'm available and have no time constraints. Have made the trip twice on my own hulls, Cal 35, Nordic 40, and cruised Mexico, Hawaii and back.
