Crew Wanted: Altea, Spain to Stockholm June 30 - August 31 All or Part

I and my Swedish friend Mats are moving his recently purchased '88 GulfStar 53 from Altea, Spain to Stockholm in 45-60 days.

We need at least one more and have room for 2 more for all or part of the journey. We will go outside GB, past Dublin and thru Lockness to the southern tip of Norway stopping along the way.

Pay your own way to and from and your vices. This is a delivery but also a fun trip and a chance in a lifetime, at least for me. I met Mats when I bought his Beneteau 50 last year. I don't know him well, but I've sailed with him a little and we've stayed in touch.

I realize this is short notice, not enough info and ridiculously hopeful. If you can't do, maybe you know someone?

I will be in the UK first two weeks in July doing a certification cruise for
Day Skipper or possibly Coastal YM, would love to join up for a portion of this trip. PM me if this can work for you. (I'm American)

If you are serious, please send me an email at least, since my email is on the post. If you are really serious, go ahead and send photo id too.

Do NOT leave a voicemail telling me your email. Voicemails are not always clear.

It is also terrible inefficient to leave a comment here from an alias (Tom2Go) with zero contact information. CF PMs are nice, but require internet connection which is not always available as is wireless.

But things ALWAYS change and it is a long trip so if you are interested and available on short notice, please send me an email (include cv, photo id and contact info) and I will put you on the call list.

yup. I sent a good summary and we exchanged emails. you replied asking for a photo id which was provided and you were planning to call when you got to JFK. no problem. best wishes.
