Crew Wanted: A one week mediterranean tour

I have a CBS Harmony boat, 9,30 meters / 31 feet long and I'd like to share a week with a girl m english mother tounge to increase my english while share holydays.
Much better if you
- speack italian too
- are able to drive boat
- have a sailing licence
- are old between 35 and 45
- have already sailed (and so you know what does it mean sailing in terms of spaces, bath, eating...)
- will have the occasion to come in Rome (we could meet before leaving)

I'm 50 y.o. male, and although I have driving sail from a couple of year, having a personal boat I have been more times in the island we'll can visit (depending from weather, forecast...). I am able to be serious when needed but I'm not boring, I'd like to speack english all the time having peaceful holyday in the same time.
No money needed for boat, 50% for all the remaing payments (food; stops; ...).
