1998 Yanmar 1GM10 with SD-20 saildrive

Had a change of plans to install in my boat. Heard it run before buying. Changed all filters + fluids, some hoses. Includes control panel with key, plus folding prop. Hi, very interested in the motor. Is there a fuel/water filter, muffler, throttle/shift lever and cables, raw water filter, hoses etc., or is this just the motor and the panel? If these are not included that would add at least another $700 not including a fuel tank, to get this motor installed. What kind of prop is it? Folding or geared? Where exactly are you located?

No fuel/water filter, Yes Vetus poly muffler, No throttle/shift lever or cables, No raw water filter, Yes hoses. Prop geared. Location Bay City, MI.
