Manufacture date, last repack date, probably will help that.
And since rafts usually have to ship by ground as hazmat, location counts.

The original Manufacture date was August 2007. The raft should be recertified and packed. The Winslow Life Raft is in Miami. It has never been used (thank goodness!).
