Windlass, propane heater, wood stove, and etc in Bay Area

For sale or trade: (items interested in Yamaha highthrust 9.9 power tilt and trim assembly, Edson 30 GPM manual bilge pump, wind/hydrogenerator and/or 2000 watt inverter generator)

Used Maxwell Freedom RC 800 Windlass for 5/16 HT chain and/or 5/8" line, max pull 800 lbs, working load 260 lbs, working speed 69 ft/min. In good working condition although there is some mild corrosion on the outside of the motor it works great (reason for sale is I chose to upgrade to an all chain rode and bigger anchor so I needed a larger windlass and I wanted a windlass that was easier to use the manual backup. Costs about $2500 new, asking $1200.

Used Kingston CQR style 45# anchor, upgraded to larger anchor so asking $300.

Dickinson P9000 Propane Heater with stove pipe and deck vent fitting all works great, only small thing to mention is the switch for the fan motor works currently but is a little finicky in certain postions so probably will need to be replaced sooner or later, changed over to wood stove so don't need it anymore. BTU/hr fan on: 6428 low/9000 high. BTU/hr fan off: 3100 low, 4300 high. Asking $450

Brand new Little Cod Woodstove made by Navigator Stove Works with glass panel option, deck iron, 4' of stove pipe, damper and the stove cap they sell on their site along with stove black (but since new it could also be painted any color you desire with high temperature stove paint). Great little stove with specs on their website but the wait to get it ended up being so long that I ended up finding a different stove to install instead.

Two 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" Coosa Bluewater 26 for $175 each
One 4'x8' sheet of 1" Coosa Bluewater 26 for $325

Brand new sealed 2013 PAC01 CD of Canadian Hyrdographic Service charts for Vancouver island west and Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte's) $175

All items currently on my boat in the San Fransisco Bay Area and I would prefer to sell locally before I sail to Hawaii (but if you're in Hawaii that is also an option).

Too big to ship that stove I think... for curiosity sake though, how much are you asking for the little cod?

Re: Windlass, propane heater, wood stove, and etc in Bay Area

I'm asking $2250 for the Little Cod because it's brand new with all the accessories and that's what it cost after all the accessories and getting dinged Washington State sales tax because I picked in up when I was in Washington even though I was leaving the state with it.. You're probably right about the shipping being cost prohibitive but I don't mind looking into it further if you want or you can glance online with my current zip code (94130) ballpark weight one package 60-65 lbs being 13" x 18" x 14" (being the stove, deck iron, damper, stove black) and one light package 12" x 24" (for stove pipe and smoke head).

Yea, unfortunately I kinda figured shipping would be prohibitive, I was glad to be able to pick it up from the manufacturer right up until doing so made me get dinged on a bunch of sales tax even though I was leaving the state with it :-/ Great stove if the long wait hadn't made me end up installing a different stove first though...

Zach, here is a pic (wasn't sure how to send pic in private message with pic..). Definitely a good and convenient heater if have readily available propane everywhere you are planning to go, only additional thing to mention is the switch for the fan speed control works but is a little finicky so may or may not want to replace for heater to be 100% (part #01-072 retails for $53.85 and easy to put in yourself if the current one which is a little finicky bothers you..).

Totally off topic but WOW I looked at your location!

I've had a boat in Newfoundland for a while. Can't imagine having one in Ellesmere.

(Notice the guy with the thumb is blue, appropriate I suspect.)
