West Marine inflatable vest with harness by SOSPENDERS
I have two of these, and they are listed on eBay. The item numbers are:

West Marine inflatable life vest by SOSPENDERS with built in safety harness. This life vest is CO2 inflation by manual pull tab or oral inflation. Light use. It has never been inflated. No stains, patches, wear, etc. Harness is in great shape. It is an inflatable type lll PFD. Adult- Universal. User weight: More than 80 lbs. Chest size 30-52 inches.
