Wanted Yacht Partner 50/50 – Looking to purchase a 36 – 40 foot comfortable live-a –board $80k - $125k with sound engines, in great condition (prefer less than 20 years old). I will only use the boat for 6 months to a year at a time and would make a good partner to someone who wants the rest of the time. I am a responsible History Teacher with no pets who will provide TLC to a boat. I plan to only travel along with west coast of Florida from St. Pete to Fort Myers.
