I am looking to live on it. not too much sailing but some in the area I would rent and take over most [all we agree on mantiinence ]. No smaller that 35'. I might be interested in some kind of deal with you. My boat is actually moored on the Island of Malta and I expect to move her rather soon to the region you mentioned. We might talk about it. Speak soon.
