Still no donor with a Gunboat 66. Gee, I wonder what the problem could be?

As it is nearing Christmas and no one has made me an offer , I have decided to help all those generous people out their and accept donations, either cash, paypal or bank transfers, this way if all the forum members donated, say just $250.00, I would have enough to buy what I want and stop this ridiculous begging thread

Ireaney - I reckon you should keep the thread going - don't give up.
In this whole - wide - wide - world - you never know what might turn up.
And those are two great looking dogs.

Hey, I just happen to have a 45' cat I'm trying to get off my hands. It's real nice. I just don't have the time to sell it. I'll PM you...

Tnflakbait - It's alright to wind me up but look at the poor dogs, those pleading faces are saying, "We want a nice big catamaran to go sailing, it stays nice and level so we won't slide around on the decks, plenty of room to run around and a boat with nice wide steps on retrousse sterns makes it easy for us to pee into the sea and when Basil goes swimming he can get back on board easily" - You can just see those thoughts they are having, so please take heart and be kind to the dogs and make their Christmas with agenerous donation.

You can put me on the list for a free sailboat. I can't even find someone that will let me make a small down payment and monthly payments. Oh I did have a guy call me yesterday that had a 21' something another. The name didn't ring a bell. He wanted $1,200 and would take payments. Bad thing about this one the refit would cost over 3 grand. SS doesn't allow you much. I even tried to trade my work for one.
Boat Angle gets them all the time. Just need to figure out how they do it.
Happy sailing, I'm still land locked.

Firstly
A Merry Christmas Everyone
Secondly - Yes Rodney I will keep going - thank you for the motivation
Now the bad news, it is Christmas Day and guess what?? Still no offers of a Free Catamaran
Now come on boys, it's Christmas
you know Good Will to all men etc
More importantly remember
It's the GIVING
Not the receiving (unless it's me and it's a Catamaran)
that makes Christmas.
My two dogs still have their Life Jackets on
and are rareing to go for a sail.
So you know what to do, don't you!!!!

Just thought I would let you know this is my last try to try and bring attention to my request .
I would like to thank all of those who have replied and all of those who have actually considered satisfying my request (probably none - well I know it is none why try and kid myself ).
I wish you all a great and safe 2008 sailing year

Ironically Ireaney…. (say that many times quickly after about 5 rums)… I do have a free cat for you.
But not sure how well it will get along with the dogs!
All the best in 2008!

Rodney, to a point I agree with you not to give up, but I have had over 2500 hits and still no offers , so I am giving it one last try and after this you will never hear from me again on this issue.
