Looks like a nice raft. Does Viking continue to recertify rafts as long as they are in good shape? Or do they condemn them at ten years, as Zodiac does?

Just checked with the USA Viking distributor in Miami. Viking does not have a specific time where life rafts are not re-certified like Zodiac apparently does.

That should make it more appealing to buyers! So many companies are problematic about rafts as they get older. I expect this means Viking has more faith in how they build them.
