You may have read in the media of our recent
circumnavigation of
Australia, so straight away we’d like to dispel any thoughts that our journey was just an adventure. Having travelled the remoter
parts of Earth for more than forty years Judith and I have become increasingly concerned with the plight of our planet and her creatures.
During our two year odyssey we wrote thirty-eight epistles back home, and because these were meant to educate as well as inform, we peppered our stories with historical notes, weaving them into the adventurous
fabric of two grandparents out alone, sailing a powerful craft across some of the world’s most dangerous waters.
