Two Schaefer double blocks with Stainless Steel Cheeks with Delrin Sheaves.

One has a becket, the other a shackle.

Perfect for a 4:1 tackle system (which is what we used it for). Can throw in 45' of 3/8" stayset x for interested parties

Blocks are non swiveling (which works well if the tackle needs to be kept from twisting).
