Sorry 'bout that.

The home is located in Mohave Valley Arizona.
15-20 minutes from Laughlin, NV casinos. 5 minutes from I-40. 7 minutes to Colorado River boat launch. Several golf courses within 5-20 minute drive.

BTW: it was 64degrees & sunny here today.
