Without being able to see the mastheads it would be impossible to determine whether it's a ketch or schooner.

It just looks like a ketch with the mizzen staysail rigging in place. The angle of the staysail rigging looks very much like a ketck, but the angle of the photo makes it hard to tell for sure.

I've taken pictures of my ketch and the angle makes her look like a schooner, especially when the mizzen staysail stay is in place.

I wouldn't bet either way though..
