For Sale: Sun 27

I just arrived back in L.A. & the fellow with the slip across from mine asked if I could help him list his boat. I shot some photos with my wife's i-phone, but they're not great quality, can shoot more on request.

The boat is a Sun 27 - didn't ask the year - which is basic in equipment, but looks to be in nice shape. It has a Yanmar 8 diesel with 30 hrs. on it's rebuild, a tiller pilot, the chainplates look to be in excellent condition, as does the mast & rest of s & r rig. big bow roller w/anchor locker built into foredeck. Porta-potti, furling headsail... you'll have to ask Phil what else. Phil's phone number is: 424- two one five - 6478 He was asking $5,500 but told me he'd take $4,200. That's all I can tell you, other than it's moored at Island Yacht Anchorage, in Wilmington, California (L.A. Harbor).
