Director of the Quantum® Design Department, David has had a notable career with a diverse list of accomplishments. He has extensive Grand Prix experience having participated as sail maker, sail coordinator and trimmer in both the America’s Cup and Whitbread/Volvo Round the WorldRace. He has led Quantum’s highly successful TP52 sail development program along with the super competitive Farr 40 and Mumm 30 classes. As head of design for Quantum, David has designed sails for virtually every type of boat, from one-design dinghies to super yachts.
