Hi All, as a favor to the slip owner, I am mentioning that my
current slip will be opening starting around May 1 (as soon as we can push off!).
It is in
Cape Coral behind a home, and by
boat is on a main
canal up from marker 92 (ICW) past Tarpon Point Marina with a turning basin just past it. Near the start of the narrow Miserable Mile. By car, its just off Chiquita Blvd and
Cape Coral Parkway.
It fits my 42'
trawler with dingy
davits just fine. No
live aboard. I have been there most days working on the old
boat, and they don't seem to mind the activity.
Rate is $300/mo - but that's between y'all. They live there year round and have
water and 50A and 35A
power. Parking is in an empty lot across the street.
