The unit came with the boat and was never opened. I installed it about 2 years ago and found the belt was defective. Simrad replaced it. However it was just too small for the boat and a plastic part that directs the belt failed and bent a bolt and aluminum bracket.
I've looked up the parts and they're available. They should be easy to replace. It really needs to be on a lighter boat. When it was working it was great. Has about 25 hours on it.
Also the remote has never been installed.
COD would work.

WP32
I've offered it to someone, but haven't gotten their ship to address yet. There are several other people interested. I'll keep you on the list and let you know either way.
Fair winds,
Jed

Thanks.

To those members asking about the Simrad, it's sold. Thanks for your interest.

If it doesn't work for your configuration there were several other members who had expressed an interest in the unit.
It was not an issue on our boat. The Edison post was clear of any shifter, etc.
There's always something else to deal with on a boat. They can be perverse.
