For Sale: Sailboat Partnership in the Virgin Islands

An opportunity to own a share of a 32 ft. sailboat currently located in Tortola, BVI. I am selling a few 10% shares of a 1998 Beneteau 321. The sloop has new in-mast furling sails, new autopilot and chartplotter. There is a dinghy with a 9.8 outboard as well as all linens and cookware. There is also an upgraded 29hp Yanmar. I am selling each share for a one time buy-in of $6000 and the yearly fee of $1800 includes dockage, insurance and basic maintainence. You get up to 4 weeks a year sailing for each share and the times are flexible. The share is yours and you can keep it or sell it at a later time. With this arrangement it means you can sail for less than $500 a week and you don't have to be responsible for year round maintainence. The boat is US coast guard documented and can be sailed in all the Virgin Islands including the Spanish. I am just selling 6 shares, so let me know if you would like more information. Thanks

6 10% shares for 4 weeks of sailing? 4 weeks really only allows you 8% sail time..
