Re: Sailboat for sale
You should re-list it at a higher price. After all, the value is based your costs.

That's really a good idea. The General never picked up the boat so now the official price is $2,000,000. That's 329,218,107 Nigerian Nairas just in case the General still wants it.
And here's another pic.

Re: Sailboat for sale
I see blisters at the waterline. I had a cousin that was a cashier at a marina store, and she says blisters are bad. You should probably put some talcum powder on them.

Re: Sailboat for sale
Does it have one or two pointy ends ? My mom had one with two and it didn't sail well one way. Also we found that if you have the gelcoat on the inside it stays shiny longer. Anyway, if you still have it I'd like to look at it someday when mom is sober.

Re: Sailboat for sale
I'm still interested, will you take a trade? My auntie has a hay bailer (it is located in Arkansas). Would you take the bailer +$200 for the boat? With a full tank of gas?
I really want to make this happen, PM me as soon as you read this message.

Maybe the reason no one responds to me is because I don't have one of those PM things everybody keeps saying to use. Can someone tell me how to get one? How much do they cost? Including taxes and shipping. And can they ship in a plain brown wrapper? I don't know exactly what a PM is, but I got a feeling I'd rather my neighbors not know I had one.

Re: Sailboat for sale
I got a couple of spare PMs I could sell you. Anybody who wants one, just post your name, your address, your credit card number (with the secret code that's on the back), your Social Security number, your phone number, and your date of birth (the credit card company makes me ask for all that stuff when I sell online to make sure its not a scam).
PMs are only $25, post like I said and let me know how many you want and I'll get them to you lickety split.

Re: Sailboat for sale
This is perfect for us. Could you send additional random non-specific information and photos of what you think we want to see?
We are two weeks into our ten year plan and if it is still available then we will definitely be making an offer but we know it will be a buyers market so please stop advertising it at such an unrealistic price so that we know you are serious.
We will be in your area soon for a sea trial including sleeping aboard.

I have to disagree, I find this thread to be a fantastic and tremendous waste of time (thanks for that, BTW).

"Prostate Monitor" ugh gross. We don't have that kind of PM. These are all permanent magnets. Still only $25 with your credit card (or liberry card if you have the right one).

Wwwwwait just one minute!
Is that a Proa???? You never mentioned it being a multi, let alone a switcheroo craft....
My grandfather would slam his fist down on the table and say " This is the GD United States of America!!! The bow should be the bow, and the stern always the stern!!! "
Gramps never tolerated those limp wristed pansy boats who never knew which team they were batting for...
