S&S designed CenterCockpit Sloop 35'....$35K

1964 Chris Craft SailYacht 35. Heavily built. Solid FG hull and decks. Very good cond. mainsail w stack-pac and 4 leg lazy jacks. 150 lapper on profurl very good condition. Have almost new feeling spinnaker, I have never taken out of bag. Forespar telescopic spinnaker pole new, seen use only to pole out genny. New 44 lb. Lewmar Delta anchor on full chain rode. Elec SeaWolf windlass works great. Newer running rigging and standing rigging, only 2 yrs. old with light use. Full enclosure for extra large nice cockpit. Aft cabin is cockpit entry. 6500 btu a/c in both cabins, water cooled and works great, new thermostats. 2 large solar panels, good wind generator, 4 new GRP31 AGM 105 AH house batteries. Zantrex 2000W inverter/charger. All new cabling on all batteries incl 2 start batteries. 6 batts in all. New 150 amp alternator. All cushions very presentable and serviceable. Engine hours unknown but runs very well and burns around 1/2 gal/hr at 1800 RPM or so. New SS prop shaft. New shaft log rebuild. Full LED refit, cabins and nav. Foruno radar, Foruno GPS/NAVIGATOR, depthfinder good. New Garmin GHP 20 AP, one finger hydraulic wheel steering. Good VHF x2, 1 DSC. 12/24V AB refrigeration. 9' Avon hard bottom inflatable dinghy with Mercury 15HP O.B. in serviceable condition, O.B. runs good starts easily. Ocean capable little ship with a lot of miles left in her. New Levac vacuum head w new holding tank and fittings and hoses. Raw water flush but no smell at all. Boat just needs a little elbow grease to make her look great again. Can't remember all I have done so questions welcomed. Boat currently slipped near Brunswick, Georgia.

what brand/model engine does it have? is it the original engine?

Perkins 4-108 50hp currently. Sweet running. Originally I think these boats came with a Chris Craft 60 hp gasoline engine. Not certain that they all did though.

Perkins apparently not the original engine - do you know how old it is? Apparently no hour meter either on the engine or panel?
You are apparently not the original owner - how long have you had her, and why are you selling her?
Is there a survey available?
How long have you had her on the market?
Any know problems / issues?
Any things you think should be addressed before taking her cruising? Say the Bahamas? Or Say the Mediterranean?
