SHE HAS ONLY BEEN IN SALT WATER ONE MONTH!! Make an offer. I have a clean, swift, and stout 1971 Irwin 23'. Her name is Kestrel and she is a centerboard design drawing 2'5'' with the board up and 5'5'' board down. The V-birth has been converted to a full captains cabin which compfortably sleeps two. The head is functioning and was replumbed this fall. The kitchen table folds down into a spare bed for which I have all the cushions. A two burner propane stove with custom built pan rack has been installed and works wonderfully. The pump action faucet was replaced this summer and the freshwater tank is clean and holds 25 gallons. The quarter birth is an additional sleeping area but is interchangable as a storage space for living aboard. The reefing main sail is in good shape as well as the three genoas.
