Re: 1979 Clark San Juan 7.7

Not just a boat but a vacation destination!

For less than the cost of a holiday you can enjoy a summer long vacation on you own private mini yacht!

All slip fees have been paid till the end of summer so enjoy the quiet friendly home like atmosphere at Swans marina in Lanoka Harbor NJ. A small private marina with electric and water service included, hot showers, restrooms as well as a picnic area. Close to seaside heights, island beach state park and a quiet convent location to get away without the noise or crowds of a seashore motel.

CHARISMA , a 1974 renovated Aquarius A23 sailboat will comfortably sleep up to four.
Upgrades include...
All lighting converted to LED including interior cabin as well as navigation lights.

SUZUKI DF15E 15 hp 4 stroke 2 cyl outboard with vented 5 gallon gas tank.

Furlex jib furling unit

New rigging

New bumper strip

New never used hidden porta potti

Polaris marine radio with mast top mounted antenna

Frosted glass hatch above the v birth allowing for great ventilation as well as light. And a great view it the stars at night!

A waterproof 30 amp socket is installed on the port side for convenience when docked

Mid ship is a versatile area currently a roomy work surface for use as a desk, chart table, galley or easily reconfigured for your personal needs.

The cabin is reconfigured for a more contemporary use with a new lounge area just inside the companion way and with the pop top raised there is room to stand.

This boat was purchased new in 1974 by my sister and has been in the family and well cared for ever since.

The Aquarius 23 is a sturdy, fiberglass fractional sloop with a
centerboard as well as permanent ballast in a shallow ridge at the base of her hull (a "skiff keel"). She is designed to self-right with the centerboard raised (an important safety factor), unlike many other trailerable sailboats of similar size. Yet, she still maintains the shallow draft of a centerboard design. With a displacement of 2280lbs, the A23 remains simple to trailer and tow, while roomy and seaworthy
enough to take on light cruising. Another unique feature is there is no bilge area this makes for the most use of space and no areas to hide moisture.

Asking 2975 or best offer marina slip paid a $1200 value!

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to visit or learn more details. I am advertising locally and may pull this listing if a cash offer is made. This is a great boat for the beginner sailer, fisherman, vacationing, with the reliable 15 hp motor it is versatile to sail or motor.Attachment 104780Attachment 104781Attachment 104782
