I have a Plath
bronze manual windlass (similar to the ABI windlass)
for sale in Olympia, WA. It comes with the hawsepipe and cover. It is a very reliable double action
windlass that does not rely on electricity and needs almost no
maintenance. Asking $500, but you will need to pick it up in Olympia as it is quite heavy. You can find the specs on the website for RC PLATH,

rope gypsy and a wildcat that fits 5/16" BBB chain. For an extra $100, I will sell 120 feet of that chain with the
windlass. I do not have the handle, but the handle is easy to fabricate and I suggest you do so so that you can make a stainless one that is longer than the standard handle (which is steel).
This
photo is from the RC PLATH website, but mine has been used for 4 years, and has a nice green patina all over it now. It works very reliably and easily.
