Are liveaboards permitted?

Absolutely.

Note that this is privately-owned dock space -- it is not a marina. So, policies regarding usage are the decision of the owner (conveniently that is me).

It is a great location, where I normally dock in Placencia, but I don't plan to spend much time in Belize this season.
