It came with the boat but not used in 10 yrs (monitor was taken off by the guy who sold the boat 10 yrs ago). stainless, in working condition. Name a price. Based in NYC, boat is in branford (CT).

Compared to mine, it appears to be missing the flange to connect to the steering wheel.

I will add a pic of the other side. From the manual: 'The wheel adapter drum is fastened with the clamps to the spokes of the wheel. It will fit wheels with 3,4,5,6 and 8 spokes.' Those clamps are still attached.

Ok. And yes, small hose clamps are fitted thru slots to attach to the wheel. Perhaps this is a slightly different design than mine, sorry for the confusion.
