Pacific Seacraft Flicka in Pensacola, FL - $20,000
It is sitting on it's trailer in my back yard. (Just north of Pensacola)
Good Old Boat did an article on the Flicka in the current issue, take a look if you might be interested in these boats.
Many of these boats either have an outboard on the transom, which is less then ideal. This boat has a brand new Yanmar installed, it has less then 100 (probably less then 50) hours on it. It was professionally installed and has been run just enough to verify the installation is good. The motor cost over $5k, and the installation was somewhere around another $2k.
The rigging was all replaced (2009, 2010). The boat got a brand new Dodger made by the same guy who made mine, all heavy wall 1" stainless tube. These were somewhere around $3k
The boat rides on a aluminum "road king" trailer with keel bunk and 6 adjustable stands. The trailer is a dual axle model with disc brakes and torsion axles (3500# I believe) The trailer alone would run somewhere around $7500.
The boat has a brand new Mack headsail, (~125) and it rides on a new Hood Flex furler. The main was not replaced, as it is in good condition.
The aluminum and plastic ports were all replaced with bronze opening ports from New found metals. This adds over another $2k to the price.... so all told the upgrades are worth more the asking price.
The boat has been listed for $25k, and reduced but could be reduced more for the right buyer. Flicks are such great boats, that selling them means sorting through a crowd of folks who want to call and just talk about Flickas.... nothing wrong with that but it is tough to work, work on another boat, and sell one when you are chatting on the phone.
I will update this as I think of more, and as I answer anyone's questions.
Excellent motor access through heavy hatch that seals with a gasket;
Bronze opening ports from Newfound Metals;
Workable galley with deep, well insulated ice box
Chain locker;
Two burner propane stove (force 10 I believe)
Deep galley stove, foot pump water;
Yanmar 1QM10 diesel. Less then 50 hours of running time.... professionally installed and aligned.
Stowage locker with Guest 15a charger (2 bank charger)
Vberth without center cushion
Slightly different view;
Screened hatch boards to keep the 'wee beasties' out
V berth with cushion laid in place;

It left my yard at 7 this morning, I believe it is now with the new owners on Lake Lanier in Georga.
.... sold? Probably safe to say so. .
