Looking a couple of off-shore inflatable pdf vest, with harness rings (dont need to be auto-inflate). Anybody have an extra they want to trade for my cash?

But a new one, you won't know when a used one was serviced. I'm not sure a pfd would really save y ou in an overboard situation but it at least gives you a chance.
