Why are you selling? Is it in a bad state or old that you ask so little money for it? A good Tokina 12-24 goes for $500

The kit is sold - touch wood...

It was a 3 - 4 year old Tokina - originally $400 I think.
Everything was good but I am moving to a M4/3 (Lumix GX1) as we are about to go cruising - so want something much more portable.
