Looking for hank on jib with 27 foot luff and around a 12' foot... prefer 6-7 oz cloth.

There are several companies in the US that buy and sell used sails. Have you tried any of these? The size your looking for should be readily available and not very expensive.

Here are a couple. Have not used them myself so cannot recommend either as a good or bad source.
