Got any pictures and a few more details? Is the property listed with a broker?

Is this property in Merit on Old Lupton Road?
If so I might have owned it at one time.

I kept my boat at Point Marina there last winter. Great spot! I wish I could afford it.

If that is not it, where is it? Send us some co-ordinates or a google earth location or something.

Re: nc sailboaters property cabin surrounded by water

didn't you just say you wish you could afford it ,which indicates you cant afford it, what is this an old ladies coffee shop ?or a place for serious sellers to find serious buyers who have money?

The obvious answer to that rather pointed statement would be that serious sellers would have photos and be letting possible buyers know where it is. "No it's not that one" is not really helpful.

And how many others out there who can afford what you want to sell, all they need are some pics and an indication of the location. ??

And I guess it never occurred to you that I might have friends who have money to afford it that might be interested in it.
But if you don't let people know where it is you will never sell it.
Well, maybe you don't really want to sell it??
