Want To Buy: Melbourne - Cat - Half Shares

Hi All,

Just floating (pardon the pun) the idea of a half share ownership arrangement for a Catamaran, in particular this one is 37'ish FT, fibreglass production (not a one off). I live in Melbourne but due to berthing / mooring arrangements being near impossible to find, I'm flexible and thinking Westernport or perhaps the Gippsland Lakes, but happy to have it moving around anywhere on the east coast with the seasons. Had considered putting it on the hard stand at Westernport for winter to reduce costs. The boat I am interested in is currently near the Caribbean which is all part of the fun to get it home, likely with a professional captain in control. Am thinking about a 2 year ownership, perhaps longer.

Pricing would be in the vicinity of $150k delivered total - so half that plus on-going expenses.
