Marine, tankless, on-demand hot water heater

I have a new, never used Precision-Temp Shower-Mate 500 for sale. This is marine grade, stainless steel, propane, tankless/on-demand heater.

This is a few years old, previous to the current model -550 ShowerMate M-550

The only difference I see is the 500 is rated at 53,000 BTU, the 500 at 55,000. I have had this in storage for several years but never installed. Decided to go another way for hot water, mainly due to very limited storage for propane tanks on my boat so the heater is for sale.

This unit is auto sensing, auto lighting so should be install and forget. I contacted the manufacturer and they still support this model and if parts or repairs are needed they say they are available. However I researched this unit before buying and contacted other users who report no problems and excellent output.

New sells for $1450. Selling for $900 plus shipping from north Florida. Will include a stainless vent double-wall deck vent, some mounting brackets and a couple of brass fittings.

Will try to get some pictures later and add to the post.

OK. Finally got it together to get some photos. One is of course the water heater, the second shows the mounting brackets, pipe fittings and SS double wall deck vent.

Again, this has never been used or even connected to a gas or water supply. It will come with a guarantee against DOA.
