Luder's design, Cheoy Lee Clipper Ketch, "Joaquina". Repowered in 2001 with a Volvo MD2030 25hp diesel, new rigging 2006, sails in usable condition (includes main, mizzen, 2 jibs, genoa), exterior wood finished with Honey Teak. A couple of years ago, a surveyor valued it at $25,000, but there are a few (mostly cosmetic) projects underway that I don't want to finish, so I'm reducing the price to $22,000. I have most of the materials for the work, it just needs your time. Everything works, you could hop in it right now and sail away. This is a wonderful little boat, sails like a dream.
