Looking for a fixer upper

Boats, boats, boats. So many decisions. I think I've decided on a fixer upper. Where do I look? Marinas, storage yards, specific Web sites?

Re: Looking

Boats are enough work, why would you buy something that will consume you, look for a well cared for, fairly priced cruiser, pay the price up front and go cruising!!

Re: Looking

I would suggest finding a boat that someone else already fixed up and then couldn't use. Plenty of those out there and a much better time and money value for you. Often pennies on the dollar of what was invested. All those places you list are good search options. Good luck!

If you're still looking - I've got a classic Alberg 35 project boat that is needing a home. She is a serious project, but great potential! Any interest in hearing more?

The OP hasn't been here since October. Maybe he sobered up. Just kidding!
