Its moderate displacement ensures good performance even in light winds, while its well-proven hull (the same of Kelly-Peterson 44 and Passport 45) ensures a smooth transition in the rough sea.
Its amazing solid-teak interiors are an example of superb craftsmanship and rare elegance, very difficult to find in other yachts.

She is the boat that I sailed and I lived aboard for three years around the fantastic Mediterranean sea. Well-known blue-water cruising yacht, 'Merluza' is one of about 60 units built between 1980 and 1991, named DELTA 46 (in Europe) or LIBERTY 458 ( in U.S.A.);. Merluza is a Delta 46 european type. She was launched in 1991 and she is the penultimate realized.
The boat is in excellent condition and professionally maintained in any detail; she probably is the Liberty in the best conditions available now.

All new best quality rigging was mounted in 2011 (BSI Rigging hardware - made in Danmark - Europe). Merluza is ready to go everywhere.
