I have a 1968 Islander 30 sailboat with an inboard 40 hp Atomic A, newly rebuilt. The sails are like new. We just don't have the time to spend with it because of work.

The boat is in a liveaboard-friendly marina in Port Lavaca, Texas and would make a great liveaboard. Asking $6,500 or looking to trade for things that go vroom, bang or a piece of property.
