What is included with the phone( not sure what the access point is) Do you do paypal and can you mail to the states? Thanks

It has all the things they are sold with; a variety of charges and adapters, manuals. The Access Point allows compressed internet connection and emails. I've never used paypal to accept payments though I have used it to pay someone.
We will be back in New Orleans early August. If you want it and can wait that would work for me.
