Used ICOM IC-M15 VHF handheld radio. NEEDS NEW BATTERY! Please check on price and availability of a replacment battery module before purchasing this radio from me. The old battery module cannot be rebuilt, as I cut it open and put alkaline batteries in it. Kept the radio in our abandon ship bag. You could do the same if you are able to solder alkaline batteries together (not everyone is good at soldering!) Alkaline cells hold their charge for years, while all rechargeable cells self-discharge fairly rapidly.
