Does the extension cable have the bulk head fitting to secure the plug in a combing?

The extension cable has the fittings for both ends but I must have left the fitting that screws on to the combing end back on the boat and our boat is in Curacao.

How's the speaker quality on this unit?

Very good ,loud and clear . The only reason that I am selling is that I purchased a Standard Horizon VHF with AIS , so I have to purchase a repeater mic for the new set as the Icom won't work with the new unit.
